Shipping policy

We aim to have your handmade keepsake back with you as soon as possible. See below for the timescale based on your order.

• Filling Kit - Dispatched First Class within 1-2 working days.
• Sterling Silver Jewellery - Dispatched within 2-3 weeks (from receiving your inclusions)
• Gold Jewellery - Dispatched within 5-6 weeks (from receiving your inclusions)

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, however if you would prefer us to use a specific courier please email us in advance to discuss this and review any additional costs. 

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Cherished and Loved are not responsible for delays caused by their couriers. 

We do not ship internationally at this time, apologies.
