How To Order

Step 1 - Decide on the perfect keepsake 

Step 2 - Check sizing. For rings, we recommend having your ring size checked by a professional jeweller. Most local jewellery shops will happily double check your ring size for you. This tends to be more accurate than plastic ring sizers. For pendants, we recommend measuring a chain that you already wear, or try to get the perfect length with a piece of string. ( if you are a client of Greenfields Pet Cremation or Dorset Pet Cremation, please get in touch and I can arrange for an in-person sizing and ash/fur collection) 

Step 3 -Place your order online. We will then send you a confirmation email and an 'Inclusions' pack through the post. This includes a small tin to add the ashes/hair that you would like in your keepsake. We recommend around a teaspoons amount, and all inclusions not used will be returned back to you with your finished keepsake. Please ensure that you send us your inclusions within 7 days of receiving your pack. 

Step 4 - We aim to have your keepsake with you within the time frame quoted for each piece (see FAQs).

Step 5 - We will send you an email once your keepsake is complete, along with a tracking number so you can monitor for its safe arrival.

Step 6 - Enjoy wearing your Cherished and Loved Keepsake! We will send you some care advice to follow to ensure your keepsake retains its beauty.
